Per aconseguir les seves finalitats, l’associació es compromet a: 1. Promoure i enfortir el moviment associatiu entre les persones amb l’experiència del Trastorn Mental 2. Difondre una Imatge Acurada i Positiva dels homes i dones del nostre col·lectiu 3. Orientar i Informar a les persones interessades dels Recursos Existents en la Xarxa de Salut Mental de Catalunya 4. Promoure la realització de Grups d’Ajuda Mútua en salut mental 5. Realitzar Cursos de Formació i Empoderament de les persones amb l’Experiència del Trastorn Mental 6. Fomentar la capacitació de la base social per promoure l’activisme en salut mental. 7. Produir coneixement en primera persona per afavorir un canvi social inclusiu, respectuós de la diversitat i que consideri l’experiència de qui passem o hem passat un problema de salut mental. 8. Col·laborar amb altres entitats de l’àmbit de la salut mental. En queda exclòs tot ànim de lucre.
