How do I prove I represent my charity?
Claim your profile with your work email. If your email domain matches your charity's website it is approved automatically; otherwise our team reviews the claim.
Can I correct wrong information about my nonprofit?
Yes. Once you claim your profile you can update your contact details, description, donation link, and self-reported financials, and report any registry data that looks wrong.
Does claiming change my integrity assessment?
Claiming on its own does not change the score. Adding disclosure that donors value, such as financials, named leadership, and contact details, can raise it.
What if my country has no public charity register?
Claim-verified owners in countries without a searchable public register can submit their official registration ID and certificate for review. This is open in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam, with more countries added over time.
