Agreement to these terms
GiveRadar is operated by Timmermans Media OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you are using GiveRadar on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using GiveRadar
Searching GiveRadar, reading charity pages, and using the free tools are free, and no account is required. To keep the service working for everyone, you agree not to:
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site outside of the API and its terms.
Resell, redistribute, or repackage GiveRadar data as your own dataset.
Section 7.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service.
Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defame, or harm any organization or person.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it current. You may create up to five API keys per account. We may suspend accounts that show signs of abuse or that put the service at risk. You can close your account at any time by emailing info@giveradar.com; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Charity data and no warranty
Charity data on GiveRadar is compiled from official government registries, tax authorities, open data portals, and vetted directories. We normalize and present it, but we do not create it and cannot guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate. The integrity assessment measures disclosure, not impact, and is not financial, legal, or professional advice. Decisions you make based on the data are your own.
If you spot an inaccuracy, tell us at info@giveradar.com. We action corrections within about 5 business days and personal-data removals within 30 days. How the data is assembled is documented in our methodology and data sources.

Claiming a charity
Claiming a profile is free. You may claim a charity only if you are authorized to represent it, and everything you submit, including verification evidence, must be truthful. Misrepresenting your authority or the organization, for example claiming ownership you do not have, is prohibited and can result in the claim being revoked, the profile being delisted, and your account being terminated. A verified claim earns a disclosure signal in the integrity assessment; placement and scores can never be bought.

Content you contribute
If you write a review (which requires a verified email) or edit a profile you have claimed, you keep ownership of what you submit but grant GiveRadar a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may edit, refuse, or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or breaches these terms, and we may remove reviews that are not genuine.

API and data licensing
The GiveRadar API has a free tier and paid plans. Whatever tier you are on, use of the data is subject to these conditions:
Attribution. Commercial and public uses must credit GiveRadar as the source.
No reselling. You may not resell or redistribute raw bulk data as your own dataset.
Respect provenance. Keep source attribution intact where the data carries it.
Rate limits. Per-tier rate limits and per-IP caps are enforced, and API keys are revocable if you exceed them or abuse the service.

Paid plans and billing
Paid API plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If prices change, we give notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

Intellectual property
The GiveRadar name, logo, website, software, and the way we compile and present data are owned by Timmermans Media OÜ and protected by intellectual property law. The underlying facts come from public sources and remain the work of those sources. Content you contribute remains yours, subject to the license in Section 6. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our platform or brand to you.

Liability, governing law, and changes
No warranty and liability. GiveRadar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timmermans Media OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a substantive change we update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of GiveRadar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
