-de a facilita cooperarea între unitatile administrativ- teritoriale membre pentru exercitarea în comun a competentelor ce le revin prin lege, cu respectarea principiilor dezvoltarii durabile:,- progresul social, conditionat de recunoasterea si admitrerea nevoilor fiecarui individ;,- protejarea eficienta a mediului;,- utilizarea rationala a rezervelor naturale;,- pastrarea unui nivel ridicat si sigur de creștere economica si ocupare a fortei de munca. se modifica capitolul 2 „scopul si obiectivele Asociatiei” din statut in sensul ca pct 2.4 lit.h va avea urmatorul cuprins „organizeaza programe de perfectionare profesionala (initiere, perfectionare, specializare, calificare, recalificare) pentru personalul administratiei publice locale”, iar pct 2.4 lit.i va avea urmatorul cuprins „organizeaza cursuri de management si perfectionare profesionala pentru personalul societatilor comerciale cu capital de stat sau privat, precum si pentru cel al regiilor autonome”,se completeaza capitolul 2 „scopul si obiectivele Asociatiei” in sensul ca la pct 2.4 se adauga pct 2.4 lit.n cu urmatorul cuprins „realizeaza activitati de cercetare dezvoltare in domenii relevante pentru membrii Asociatiei si terti”, respectiv pct 2.4 lit.o cu urmatorul continut „acorda consultanta (cu exceptia celei juridice), indrumare sau asistenta operationala pentru agenti economici, servicii publice, organizatii fara scop patrimonial”
