Sala Bai aims to offer employment in the tourism sector and a decent wage for young adults by training for a year in four jobs in the hotel and catering (reception, kitchen, dining room service, and room service). Acting for Cambodia also conducted a major action in the provinces of Banteay Mancheay and Oddar Mancheay. Remained very isolated for years, conflicts it being extended until 1999, this area is among the poorest land of Cambodia and presents little potential for economic development Thus Act for Cambodia sought to support the poorest families in setting up programs agricultural development and responsible tourism. in 2009, the management of these two programs was entrusted to village committees.
