'the advancement of public participation in sport' 7.1 The Company has been formed to benefit the community of Ardrossan (as defined by postcode area KA22 } ('the Community') with the Purposes listed in the sub-articles hereto ('the Objects'), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development, namely: 7.1.1 To advance public participation in sport through the development and maintaining of sporting and other facilities in Ardrossan for the use of the local community, with the aim of improving health and wellbeing.
