The union of efforts and concentration of free choices of members of the community's activities within the constitutional framework of the Romanian state and law order in order to achieve in particular the objectives proposed - the promotion of respect for fundamental human rights recognized by the international community implicit in the national minorities and the rejection of any forms of discrimination between Romanian citizens on the basis of ethnic origin or national belonging, - the promotion of the principle of autonomy in the management and territorial management of the country, - the support of the actions and initiatives of the members of the community in defence of individual or collective interests in the field of cultural and humanitarian economic activities, - the undertaking and conduct of economic activities as far as they relate to the pro-principal purpose of the community, - the carrying out of scientific research on the history of folklore and ethnography of the Russians, the union of its members and the international efforts in the defence and the exercise of the rights of freedom and the protection of the minorities

Unirea eforturilor și concentrarea optiunilor libere ale membrilor activit ai comunitatii in cadrul constitutional al ordinei de stat și de drept ale Romaniei in vederea realizarii in special a obiectivelor propuse - promovarea respectului drepturilor fundamentale ale omului recunoscute de comunitatea internaționala implicit ale minorităților naționale și respingerea oricaror forme de discriminare dintre cetatenii Romaniei pe criteriul originii etnice sau apartenentei naționale,- promovarea principiului autonomiei in conducerea și gospodarirea teritorial administrative ale tariii,- sprijinirea actiunilor și initiativelor membrilor comunitatii in apararea intereselor individuale sau colective in domeniul activităților economice sociale culturale și umanitare,- intreprinderea și realizarea unor activități economice in masura in ace acestea sunt in legatura cu scopul proncipal al comunitatii,- efectuarea de cercetari stiințifice privind istoria folclorul și etnografia rusilor lipoveni unirea eforturilor membrilor sai in apărarea și exercitarea drepturilor la pastrarea dezvoltarea și exprimarea identității etnice lingvistice și culturale a etnicilor rusi lipoveni astfel cum sunt recunoscutew și garantate de documentele internaționale cu privire la protectia drepturilor și libertătilot fundamentale ale omului și ale minorităților de Constitutia Romaniei și de legile tarii
