The purpose is to constitute a banish fund in order to reduce the financial burdens of the families of the cadres, arising from undesirable events or which are of the nature of subjecting the family to higher expenses, such as the death of the member of the association regardless of the cause, the disability that occurred after joining the association, regardless of the cause, or the retirement from medical consideration of the member of this fund, sickness.The suffering of the member of the association of damage caused by floods, earthquakes or other calamities, accidents that do not involve the fault of the owner and that do not give entitlement to other kind of compensation, in the amount of more than 1 million lei, the amounts granted being appreciated by the case in the case of the board of administration.The death or serious illness of the medical proof of the husband, the spouses, the child, parents, as well as the death of the parents.In the case of the retirement of the member in the case of the board of administration if it has been carried out in the most effective manner of the administration.
Scopul este de a constitui un fond banesc in vederea diminuarii greutatilor financiare ale familiilor cadrelor , ivite in urma unor evenimente nedorite sau care sunt de natura a supune familia la cheltuieli mai mari, astfel : decesul membrului asociatiei indiferent de cauza, invaliditatea survenita dupa aderarea la asociatie, indiferent de cauza, ori pensionarea din considerente medicale a membrului acestui fond, imbolnaviri.Suferirea de catre membrul asociatiei a unor pagube provocate de inundatii, cutremure sau alte calamitati, accidente ce nu implica culpa titularului si care nu dau dreptul la alt gen de despagubiri, in cuantum de peste 1 milion de lei, sumele acordate fiind apreciate de la caz la caz de consiliul de administratie. Decesul sau imbolnavirea grava dovedita medical a sotului, sotieri, copilului, parintilor, precum si decesul socrilor.In cazul pensionarii membrului daca acesta a coyizat cel putin un an la fondul asociatiei, chiar daca ramane in continuare asociat.In situatii deosebite consiliul de administratie va putea acorda ajutoare financiare membrilor si in alte cazuri in urma unei analize temeinice prin vot deschis cu majoritatea absoluta.
