Art.4 Misiunea Asociației,Promovarea în rândul tinerilor a comunicării ca mijloc de dezvoltare personală și profesională, afirmare a ideilor legate de opțiunile pentru dezvoltarea personalității, protejarea generației tinere și reorientarea acesteia către valorile culturale și spirituale naționale în contextul integrării europene după modelul unității în diversitate. Art. 5 - 1. Asociatia va actiona pentru:,imbunatatirea abilitatilor in rândul membrilor sai si a colaboratorilor in domeniul comuncicarii si al relatiilor publice,imbunatatirea comunicarii interpersonale si profesionale a tinerilor si cu alte organizatii si organisme,respectarea libertatilor fundamentale ale omului pentru toti, fara deosebire de rasa, sex sau religie.,promovarea egalitatii sanselor pentru persoanele defavorizate.,respectarea principiului de egalitate în drepturi.,ajutarea tinerilor aflati in situatii dificile,sensibilizarea organismelor oficiale la nevoile tinerilor si ale persoanelor defavorizate.,2. Asociatia va dezvolta relatii prietensti cu organizatii similare internationale, precum si cu alte asociatii N.G.O.,------------------------------------------------------------,Art.5 Obiectivele Asociației se completează cu următoarele obiective :,1.- desfășurarea de acțiuni caritabile, culturale,sociale,2.-obținerea de sponsorizări pentru activitățile culturale ale românilor,3.-inițierea de parteneriate cu instituții și autoriăți,4.-derularea de programe culturale și educative,5.- stabilirea de legături cu organizații de profil interne și internaționale 6.-organizarea de întâlniri cu specialiști din diverse domenii,7.-organizarea de conferințe, seminarii ,workshopuri, expoziții, forumuri interne și internaționale,8.- editarea, tipărirea și promovarea de publicații de informare 9.- simularea utilizării informaticii,10.- cooperarea cu alte asociații similare din țară sau străinătate,11.- organizarea de manifestări cum ar fi: spectacole, conferințe de presă, congrese, cursuri de training ,
