The Association for the Study of Professional Relations of Labour wish to associate themselves with the aim of: 1. promoting the study of employment relations from an academic point of view; 2. promoting the study of employment relations; 3. facilitating the dissemination of information on significant developments in research and education in the field of industrial relations; 4. organising conferences, symposia and conferences on the subject of professional relations of labour; 5. providing academic information on industrial relations, social dialogue, decent work, collective bargaining and dispute resolution., 6. stimulating and increasing the quality of debates on industrial relations, social dialogue, decent work, fundamental rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining, both among social partners, the academic environment and the general public.
