establish the policy and development plans of the Bogar sport in the County and take steps to implement them; take measures and organise actions to massage the bottle-making especially in youth and children; establish and coordinate the competition system in the region; organise county championships and conduct state and other championships, friendly meetings, tournaments and other competitions that belong to them in accordance with the HBS decisions; contribute to developing and improving sport cooperation with other alliances in the territory of the Republic of Croatia; provide for top-level athletes and other conditions for their preparation; care for professional staff training, especially coaches and judges; promotes Bogar sport in the county, cooperates with public media, and, where necessary, issue annual competitions and other bulletins; plans and implements an annual public needs programme in the bottle; participates in the fight against anti-dumping.
