Taking action to ensure compliance with the law, in particular the provisions of the Act of 22 March 1989 on the Artisanship: in particular the characteristics of the observance of the principle laid down in § 5 (2) of the Statute.

1. Ochrona praw i reprezentowanie interesów członków wobec organów władzy i administracji państwowej, organów samorządu terytorialnego, sądów, związków zawodowych, urzędów i instytucji, 2. Prowadzenie na rzecz członków działalności społeczno - organizacyjnej, kulturalnej, oświatowej, socjalnej i gospodarczej, 3. Utrwalanie więzi środowiskowych i postaw zgodnych z zasadami etyki i godności zawodowej polskiego rzemiosła, 4. Wykonywanie na podstawie upoważnienia właściwej izby rzemieślniczej, zadań z zakresu nadzoru nad przebiegiem przygotowania zawodowego w rzemiośle pracowników młodocianych, zatrudnionych w przedsiębiorstwach członków cechu, 5. Podejmowanie działań mających na celu zapewnienie przestrzegania prawa, zwłaszcza przepisów ustawy z dnia 22 marca 1989 r.
