Article 2 of the Statute of Arghișu's Composition (according to Decision of the General Assembly of members of the Arghişu Composership dated 20.07.2024) is amended as follows:, Art 2.(1) The composition consists for an indefinite period and has as its main objective the full recovery under the law of the old estate of Arghís such as the management of the household , respectively the pulpture of the complex land, the use of the owners on the basis of this statute. (2) The purpose of the Association shall be: - to undertake the necessary steps towards the complete restoration under the laws of the rights relating to the former patrimony or the establishment of a municipal foundation, the execution of the administrative council, the formation of the civil society, the construction of the local authority, the association of the capital, the building-archititude, the organization of the municipal government, the organisation of the municipality, the planning of the town hall, the structure of the district, the institution of residence, the
