We further our purposes under this program by conducting the following activities: 1) Instruction in Family Planning methods and counseling and common women's health conditions at Desert Star Family Planning, LLC. 2) Provide invited speakers, and sponsor informational events, open to the public, where ideas, opinions, and writings related to women's reproductive health and family planning may be expressed and shared with others. 3) Establish a fund and criteria to provide financial assistance for women in the community to offset the cost of long acting contraceptives and other family planning services received at Desert Star Family Planning, LLC.

This patient-centered experience takes place in a private doctors office that fully integrates abortion with routine well care. 11 people were trained over 34 total training weeks in 2022, impacted by the supreme court dobbs decision that overturned roe v wade in June 2022. 7 trainees were displaced and 17 weeks of rotations were lost. Community Education and Engagement: 1) Hosted, co-hosted, provided speakers for 24 lectures/community events in 2022. Approximately 1200 community members reached through live participation and viewing of recorded content. 3) We convened 3 community coalitions for reproductive rights and justice and was a core participant in a 4th. We are excited to cultivate grassroots leadership of Black, Indigenous, and other people of color who are disproportionately impacted by harmful reproductive health policies. 4) We started a doula education program to address some gaps we found among doulas while administering our doula access program. Patient Assistance for Family Planning Services 1) Financial assistance provided to 40 abortion seekers at Desert Star Family Planning Clinic 2) 27 people qualified for our long-term birth control program and 12 people received insertions. 3) We served 4
