The collection and association of families of children and adolescents with diabetes; education of families, patients and other interested persons through lectures, seminars, printed and audiovisual materials; publishing and selling of the Society’s journals and other printed materials intended for the health care of children and adolescents suffering from diabetes; the collection of financial resources to help families and improve the work of the Society, for the organisation of summering and education of the medical team; the promotion of the adoption of legal provisions in the interests of children and adolescents with diabetes; cooperation with economic and service activities, especially with health institutions, social care institutions and other social-humaniterate organisations in Croatia and abroad; the association with educational and educational organisations involving children; inclusion in similar international societies.
