Previous Montessori experience, whether at Hilltop Children's House or elsewhere, is required for entry into the Elementary Montessori School. This is a new program started by Hilltop Children's House in 2022. Eight (8) elementary students were enrolled in 2022. The number of children students in both the Pre-School and Elementary Montessori Programs was 14 in 2021 and increased to 26 in 2022. The number of families served by both programs was 8 in 2021 and 16 in 2022. Tuition Reduction Program: Hilltop Children's House reduces tuition for those families with financial need. We conduct two annual fundraisers to raise funds for tuition reduction: the 240 Club and a Mardi Gras Celebration. The 240 Club (up to 240 memberships available) requires each member to pay $25 per 6-month period or cycle. There are two cycles each year. Each cycle culminates in a dinner to which all Club members are invited. In each of the weeks leading up to the dinner, a number is pulled and the Club member with that number wins $25. Club members' winning numbers are returned to the pool, so members can win more than once. At the dinner, $25 prizes are pulled, along with three larger prizes: $50, $150, $300.
