The protection and legal regulation of the social and legal protection of its members; participation in the work of state and other institutions in the activities of finding and punishing war criminals and crimes; consolidation and defence of the Republic of Croatia, defending constitutionality and legality; ensuring conditions for active participation in all forms of social and political life; promoting body culture (port and recreation) as regards improving the overall ability of campers; co-operation with the state authorities of the Republic of Croatia in the finding of prisoners and violently taken Croatian defenders and citizens of the Republic of Croatia; connecting and cooperation with foreign alliances and camps; cooperation with foreign and foreign humanitarian organisations; cooperation with organisations to protect freedom and human rights; gathering of information on camps: place of camps, the number of campers, the type of torture, the national composition of prisoners; and the protection of human rights of the environment; and the trafficking of the trafficking of the environment;
