- education of young generations through the development of express personal preferences and love of society members towards cultural artistic activities through the development and care of necessary aspects of socialism, which achieves the realization of the following tasks: training certain cultural artistic programs under the leadership of professional leaders and public performance, by providing and promoting the preservation of the tradition of this region, traditions of cultural creation of the waiting expression, traditions of cultural creation through cooperation with international organisations and associations, - organising lectures, conversations, tribines and seminars in the City of Rijeka.
