Our children's program introduced youngsters to fundamental meditation techniques and problemsolving strategies, nurturing their potential for inner peace and happiness. These sessions were thoughtfully integrated with a variety of enjoyable activities to keep the children engaged and active, including kayaking, BMX biking, pool games, aqua aerobics, rock climbing, survival skills, high ropes, and more. In the Mind Lab, This unique event embraced a scientific approach to unlock the mysteries of the human mind openminded and curious teenagers and young adults sought answers to these questions through interactive sessions. They excitedly explored the inner workings of their minds, gaining insight into themselves and others, and uncovering a path to happiness beyond their screens. We've hosted 10 sessions across Australia, including cities like Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Toowoomba, Wagga Wagga, Hobart, and Canberra, with the participation of over 300 local community members.
