Em 2009, foi inaugurada a Estrutura Residencial para Pessoas Idosas (ERPI) e em 2013, o Ginásio de Reabilitação Física e Especializada. Em 2014/2015 a instituição dinamizou o CLDS+, que consistiu num instrumento de política social focalizado para os problemas sociais. Em 2018 procedeu-se à abertura de uma nova ERPI para fazer face à crescente procura de serviços.
