Фондација се оснива ради остваривања општекорисног циља преузимањем активности усмерених на развој и унапређење школовања младих у духу хришћанских норми, као и промовисање, популаризација и унапређење духовне - хришћанске европске културе и уметности, као и ангажовање у хуманитарним и другим, ваншколским активностима којима Фондација остварује општекорисне циљеве односно интересе, развоја и неговање образовања и васпитања удуху хришћанске културе баштине, а нарочито следеће активности: 1. стварање материјалних, техничких и кадровских потенцијала као предуслова за остваривање циљева и задатака фондације и то прибављањем, обнављањем, одржавањем, осавремењивањем и унапређивањем објеката и просторија, опреме и уређаја, а нарочито: а) прикупљање материјалних средстава у циљу оспособљавања и функционалног покретања и деловања Интерната са домом за ученике католичке вероисповести, формирање и обезбеђивање услова за одржавање неопходне техничке и друге инфраструктуре. б) прикупљање материјалних средстава за ентеријерну и екстеријерну реконструкцију Дома за ученике католичке вероисповести у Зрењанину, Народног Фронта број 3. ц) друге активности усмерене на одржавање како функционалности тако и изгледа објекта и дворишта Интерната са Домом за ученике у Зрењанину, улица Народног фронта број 3. 2. организовање предавња, скупова, приредби, концерата, фестивала, и других манифестација локалног, регионалног и међународног карактера и то следећег садржаја: а) музичког и сценског, у виду живог извођења духовног (црквеног) музичког и сценског програма са снимањем видео и аудио записа одржаних наступа; б) предавања, тренинзи, конференције, симпозијуми медународни сусрети, курсеви, радионице сакралног карактера и други видови организовања, у виду предавања на различите теме из области хришћанске културне баштине; ц) припремање и издавање разних видова брошура, свезака и рекламног материјала д) организовање културно-уметничких, стваралачких кампова, акција и приредби; е) прогр
