The aim of the foundation is to carry out activities in the field of regeneration in the city of Plock, in particular (1) improve, replace or supplement the old city building; (2) improve the technical and functional status of buildings that are part of the municipal housing stock; (3) assist and regulate the real estate market through planned demolition (destroying of deserts), support access to housing where they are lacking or not available to the inhabitants; (4) ensure high quality public spaces by transforming functional buildings and their surroundings; (5) take care of urban space aesthetics, including green areas and squares located in the immediate vicinity of the old town's residential buildings; (6) prevent degradation and destruction of urbanised space; (7) strengthen/renew the role of urban districts - fight against the problem of depopulation and degradation of urban areas; (8) stimulate development and quality changes in the old city's territory in the vicinity of the pluck while maintaining sustainable development; (9) restaurant and enrich new elements of small architecture, historical symbols, monuments and monuments; (8) stimulate the development and quality of cultural heritage; and heritage activities;

Celem fundacji jest prowadzenie działalności z zakresu rewitalizacji na terenie miasta płock, w szczególności 1) poprawa, wymiana lub uzupełnienie zabudowy starego miasta; 2) działalność mająca na celu poprawę stanu technicznego i użytkowego budynków wchodzących w skład komunalnego zasobu mieszkaniowego; 3) wspomaganie i regulowanie rynku nieruchomości poprzez planowe wyburzenia (likwidacja pustostanów), wspieranie dostępu do mieszkań, tam gdzie ich brakuje lub sa nieosiągalne dla mieszkańców; 4) zapewnienie wysokiej jakości przestrzeni publicznych poprzez przekształcenia funkcjonalnych obiektów i ich otoczenia; 5) dbanie o estetykę przestrzeni miejskiej, w tym estetykę terenów zielonych oraz placów znajdujących się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie budynków mieszkalnych; 6) przeciwdziałanie degradacji i dewastacji przestrzeni zurbanizowanej; 7) wzmocnienie/ przywrócenie roli dzielnic śródmiejskich- walka z problemem wyludniania i ubożenia śródmieścia; 8) pobudzanie rozwoju i zmian jakościowych na terenie starego miasta w płocku przy zachowaniu zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju; 9) restauracja oraz wzbogacenie o nowe elementy obiektów małej architektury, symbole historyczne, monumenty i pomniki; 10) działalność na rzecz ochrony dóbr kultury i sztuki oraz dziedzictwa narodowego, jako elementów krajobrazu wspomagających tożsamość miasta;
