The main task of the association is to conduct a family garden named after the Reymont family garden, hereinafter referred to as "Raymont," and to organise the use of land owned by the city of pruszków, which was given in use to the landowners under the Act of 13 December 2013. 2. The statutory objectives are primarily: (1) the implementation of the provisions of the Act of 13 December 2013 on family gardens; (2) the adoption of the rules of procedure of the family, hereinafter referred to as "regulation"; (3) the operation of the applicable law on the use of parcels; (4) the operation of external aesthetics of the territory of the family; (4) the construction and maintenance of necessary infrastructure for general use; (5) the purchase of necessary equipment and tools; (5) the keeping of the register of assets.

1. Głównym zadaniem stowarzyszenia jest prowadzenie rodzinnego ogrodu działkowego im. Wł. Reymonta zwanego dalej rod oraz organizacja użytkowa gruntów, których właścicielem jest miasto pruszków, a które zostały oddane w użytkowanie działkowcom na mocy ustawy z dnia 13 grudnia 2013r. O rodzinnych ogrodach działkowych. 2. Cele statutowe to przede wszytkim: 1) wykonywanie przepisów ustawy z dnia 13 grudnia 2013r. O rodzinnych ogrodach działkowych; 2) uchwalenie regulaminu rod zwanego dalej "regulaminem"; 3) działalność w sprawie właściwego, zgodnie z obowiązującymym prawem użytkowania działek; 4 działania w zakresie estetyki zewnętrznej terenów rod, budowy i prowadzenia remontów niezbędnej infrastruktury ogólnego użytkowania oraz zakupu potrzebnego sprzętu i narzędzi; 5) prowadzenie ewidencji majątku. Prowadzenie gospodarki finansami stowarzyszenia zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami; 6) podejmowanie działań dotyczących bezpieczeństwa na terenie rod; 7) występowanie na zewnątrz w sprawach dotyczących rod; 8) wyrażanie opinii wobec władz różnych szczebli w sprawach dotyczących funkcjonowania rodzinnych ogrodów działkowych; 9) prowadzenie działalności na rzecz członków stowarzyszenia; 10) dokonywanie czynności prawnych związanych z ustanawianiem lub wygaśnięciem prawa do działki; 11) udzielanie pomocy użytkownikom działek w sprawach, których nie mogą rozwiązać własnymi siłami; 12) otoczenie szczególną opieką działkowców w starszym wieku;
