The organization seeks to educate, train and encourage individuals to grow in their christian beliefs and become faith-based leaders impacting change in all areas of our communities especially in the areas described as the focus four. Encouraging christian believers to grow in their faith and to walk in their faith in leadership roles that will impact their faith, family, friends and followers in whatever manner they are fit into one of the four focus areas. Believers will be trained to look beyond their church activities and incorporate biblical principles and foundations into all aspects of their lives and their leadership. To accomplish these goals, the organization will establish in-person training events. Annually, beginning in october of 2022, the organization will host five in-person events to encourage individuals to grow in their faith by taking a deep dive into each of the four pillars and understanding the importance of faith and faith-based leadership in each of the areas.
