Recreation and amenity 2.2.1 To maintain the Doo-cot Park and Pavilion in proper condition for recreational purposes and to provide instructors, groundsmen and other staff and tools as the Trustees think necessary. 2.2.2 To equip and maintain Quarrymill Park as a place of public amenity. 2.2.3 To lay out Lower Bellwood Park as a recreation park and garden for the benefit of the citizens of Perth. 2.2.4 To actively encourage use of the Trust’s land and buildings to improve the quality of life for people in Perth and Kinross.
