Subject to that over-riding qualification, the company?s objects are to benefit the residents of North Berwick as the directors in their absolute and uncontrolled discretion think fit and without prejudice to the foregoing generality: (a) to provide, maintain, service and staff facilities for public recreation in North Berwick. (b) to provide assistance of any kind for the education of residents of North Berwick and their dependants.
