Bought my daughter a months subscription through their Animal Jam app. My daughter was supposed to get a months membership+500 saphires(in game currency). She got neither of these despite the transaction being successful and the app reporting her membership ended on 11th March 2023. Contacted customer support and they refused to take any responsibility or action for the issue. Had to get a refund through Paypal. Avoid at all costs!!!

Nice game, horrible support team. Want to submit a ticket about resetting your password when you lost access to your email? They don't even read your response, they have an email auto-sent right after you send it that says something like "We can't change your password, reset it via the reset password button" But I can't either. Mildly infuriating... Though I've made many good friends on here, that's why I stick around
