Staff are amazingI was in for quite a daunting procedure, staff were always on hand, attentive and calming at all times. It gives me faith in humanity to see such compassion for one another.Thank you so much everyone!

Did not even know what consultants are listed in their own website. Despite spelling the name out for the receptionist, she advised me that she couldn’t find him on the system. I said I was looking at his profile as we spoke on the website. No intelligible response….

I had a sirt treatment in London clinic in January and very bad experience.it was self funded treatment and they charged me extra fees.I spoke to them couple of times and they have a rubbish credit control department.will not recommend to anyone

I had some tests done here which was self funded but the company I work for has gratefully offered to pay for all tests. All invoices were paid for at the time of the tests and now they have sent me additional fees which I will be taking further with our company lawyer. I have requested the invoice which relates to the fee they are charging and will take it from there. We have all receipts and remittances to provide. Do not go here as there are hidden charges that crop up from nowhere!

I found out, approximately two months after my surgery, that they had overcharged me by £5000! I wrote them asking why, to which no real answer was given. They refunded only part of the money outstanding. When I asked why they didn't refund my money immediately, when they must have known I was overcharged, they stated that unless I contacted them, they don't refund. My advice, under no circumstances whatsoever, use this clinic for your upcoming surgery. Was I happy with the outcome of my surgery? About 25%.

Going into any hospital makes you nervous and anxious but at The London Clinic I can say they were marvellous from start to finish. Any concerns were dealt with very professionally and quickly. The nurses, consultant and anaesthetist were very caring and put my mind at rest during my stay.I would would strongly recommend The London Clinic.

Scum!Service was sub-par. Since then, they've repeatedly been sending random invoices - I guess if they say we need to pay them, we need to pay them, so we do. Sometimes the invoice says what it's for (like 'x-ray') while sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it's just a random "give us money". Why they can't just put everything on the same invoice so there are no surprises, I have no idea. With the last invoice, we paid it, still getting demands. Turns out it failed on their end (despite giving us confirmation of payment). We paid again. Two days later (today), got a letter threatening us with debt collection. My mental health has spiralled since my visit to The London Clinic, I had a breakdown, and I attribute this to my visit to The London Clinic. Their behaviour since then has done nothing but continuously chip away at me. For an establishment that's supposed to heal, they do a lot of hurt. This cowboy company is so incredibly scummy, avoid it at absolutely every cost!

Dr Darius Armstrong-James is a disgrace to the medical profession. what a charlatan! i won't go into full details but he does not listen, does not communicate at all respectfully and tried to prescribe a very expensive, very damaging and completely unnecessary antibiotic. when i questioned his diagnosis he went silent and wanted more money before answering. i have since found out it was a completely unnecessary prescription and a much cheaper, safer and simpler option is widely used instead. i strongly suspect he is incentivised financially by a pharmaceutical company to push their products. avoid at all costs!

I was treated with great respect and kindness, particularly from the amazing kitchen team who went above and beyond to make the best chicken consomme, which is all I felt like eating. I would have loved to try some of the other delicious things on the menu. Freshly made tea and coffee turned up quickly on request. That with the efficient nursing and attentive consultants made for the best week possible

I am not usually one to leave reviews but on this occasion I just had to make an exception! The Head Chef Paul O Brien at the London Clinic what what a wonderful man! I have terminal cancer and recently been admitted at the Clinic for quite sometime. I was really worried about the food situation. The food menu at the clinic is truly amazing but for me there’s a lot of things that need to be altered and tweaked due to my digestive system not working properly. Paul was truly exceptional and accommodated every request. He didn’t just tweak the menu, he went above and beyond to make sure I actually ate as it is so important that I do. He made sure my diet was followed and balanced, full of protein which I really struggle to eat usually and low fat as I had a severe chyle leak. Paul also made me delicious lemon and ginger tea which was a god send post chemotherapy as water was making me feel really sick. I honestly couldn’t wish for better, five stars is not enough! Thank you Paul I am forever grateful for everything you did for me and all the time, heart and effort that went into every single dish, snack and juice. Paul filled me with ease and I know if I ever end up being admitted again (which is very likely given my condition) I don’t have to worry about anything at all as I am in best hands! Thank you again Paul You are truly exceptional! Sandra
