Follow, analyse and consider the state of play and apply the rules in the field of disability prevention and protection of disabled persons, the giving of initiatives and proposals actively participates in the adoption of laws and other regulations in the field of health care, pension insurance, culture, recreation, disability sport, social security and other areas that regulate and improve the situation of disabled persons, organise thematic lectures, round tables, tribines and other activities related to the prevention of disability and the situation of disabled persons, organise sports and recreational events of persons with disabilities and similar activities, provide assistance in achieving privileges and other rights of persons with disabilities, cooperate with competent authorities of state, regional and local authorities, associations and other legal persons in the field of protection of persons with disabilities, rehabilitation and other treatments to improve the health and psychophysical state of children with disabilities and persons with disabilities.
