- the collection of persons with development difficulties and other citizens interested in working on the implementation of programmes, objectives of the Association; – protection and promotion of rights and interests for people with disabilities in developing local or regional community (including promoting better living conditions for those who have difficulty in developing in the Community, with appropriate support);- the implementation to public advocacy and the promotion of public participations in the adoption, implementation and monitoring of public policies related to the goals of the Organization, according to specific regulations -- encouraging extrainstitutional care; and promoting education by individuals with problems in development, their parents, families, guardians and citizens about ways of assistance and self help, accordingto special rules; – fostering the development and awareness of social issues of the need for people through development through all aspects of public information, family and citizens with particular skills; – supporting the needs of the public and public opinion; including access to personal identity;
