- gathers dissatisfied and damaged consumers, provides them with information on market phenomena and educateing them about their obligations and rights – providing advisory assistance to the damaged consumer in response to the trader -- working at centres and consumer protection offices based upon needs provided by various regulations , decisions or legal provisions of state institutions at all levels; keeps records of the consumer's admissions and procedures taken for resolution - on the requirements adopted by the users' advice on applications, the undertaken procedures and the solutions reached by competent ministries - participating representatives in discussions at local and regional administration meetings and self-government which are of interest to customers - protecting cooperation with local and territorial self-administration bodies as well as other public authorities in the area of consumer security - giving objections and proposals regarding consumer safety issues - identifying their own interests in consumer welfare and consumer education - through civil society and consumer services, organising their services and prudential services.
