Largest International charities by reported annual revenue

The market value of donated medicine, food, or equipment moved across borders often counts as revenue too, which is why in-kind-heavy international charities can report figures far above cash-funded organizations of similar reach. A single-country relief project will never match that structure on paper, and was never trying to. The ranking reflects only organizations that publish annual figures, so many field-based groups, and those headquartered where disclosure requirements are lighter, never show up in the count to begin with. Where a charity lands here says nothing about the effectiveness of its aid.
