For international charities, disclosure quality hinges on project-level reporting: which countries a charity operates in, whether local partners or in-country registrations are named, and how recently overseas spending was filed. A charity running programs across many countries is not automatically more transparent than one working in a single country; the assessment rewards naming where the money goes, not how far it travels. Because these organizations often route funds through intermediary offices, headquarters registration alone does not carry a score without matching field-level detail.
