Matt Timmermans
Matt is a Dutch entrepreneur and the founder of GiveRadar, a free charity intelligence platform covering 7.9M+ nonprofits across 100+ countries. He writes every guide on this blog himself, working from the same official registry data, tax filings, and financial disclosures the platform is built on.
Alongside GiveRadar he runs Timmermans Media, an SEO and AI automation agency, and has built and co-founded several other ventures. He is based in Bali, Indonesia.

"I started GiveRadar while fundraising for a charity that builds schools in Africa and Southeast Asia. When I tried to research small international charities before giving, I found almost nothing: no global equivalent of the databases US donors take for granted. So I built one.
