The AIESEC Croatia aims to provide young people with an opportunity to go to international practice, learn in the global environment, organise projects and meetings and other activities that achieve the goals of the association, discover and develop their leadership potential. The AIESEC members are going through a detailed process of personal development involving educational conferences, work on projects, leadership and management positions, international professional experience and socialization. International professional practice is done in companies, NGOs and governmental organisations and institutions. Each young person must pass through the educational process, whose purpose is to prepare for the country's culture, and to train the person with the skills and skills needed for individual practices.
Svoje ciljeve AIESEC Hrvatska ostvaruje pružajući mladima priliku da odlaskom na međunarodnu praksu, učenjem u globalnoj okolini, organizacijom projekata i skupova te ostalim aktivnostima kojima se ostvaruju ciljevi udruge, otkriju i razviju svoje liderske potencijale. Članovi AIESEC-a prolaze kroz detaljan proces osobnog razvitka koji uključuje edukativne konferencije, rad na projektima, liderske i menadžerske pozicije, internacionalno profesionalno iskustvo i druženje. Međunarodna stručna praksa se obavlja u trgovačkim društvima, nevladinim i vladinim organizacijama i institucijama. Svaka mlada osoba prije odlaska na stručnu praksu mora proći kroz edukacijski proces, čija je svrha priprema na kulturu zemlje u koju odlazi, te da se osobu osposobi znanjima, stavovima i vještinama koje su potrebne za pojedinu praksu.
