The aim of the Association is to create the context that favors the cultivation and promotion of beauty, good taste. In a world that is far too pragmatic, marked by minimalism and immediate interests, without long-term objectives, it is necessary to restore the dignity of the individual, as a representative member of a community by building a character based on values such as love, tolerance, sacrifice. The activities of the association are aimed at the initiation or participation in projects for the cultural enrichment of the agenda of events of the national and local administration. Actions that contribute to the awareness by the decision makers of the administration of the existence of a line of separation between the cultural and recreational nature of the events and through this the realization of appropriate media campaigns. And finally, the representation of the Noima group from the legal point of view, the promotion, development and integration at the national and international level of the Noima group Ciima, composed of the five members, the Sordes Andres and the Bishop.
Scopul Asociației îl constituie crearea contextului favorabil cultivării și promovării frumosului, a bunului gust. Intr-o lume mult prea pragmatică, marcată de minimalism și interese imediate, fara obiective pe termen lung, este nevoie redarea demnității individului, ca și membru reprezentativ al unei comunități prin construirea un caracter fundamentat pe valori ca și iubirea, toleranta, sacrificiul. Demersurile asociației urmăresc si initierea sau participarea la proiecte de îmbogățire din punct de vedere cultural a agendei de evenimente ale administratiei nationale și locale. Acțiuni care sa contribuie la conștientizarea de către factorii de decizie din administratie, a existentei unei linii de separare intre natura culturala si cea recreatională a evenimentelor și prin aceasta realizarea unor campanii mediatice adecvate.
