"promoting and defending the rights of citizens of Brasov County and any other Romanian and foreign citizens on the territory of Brasov County, to have ensured their sovereign right to grant a quality public hospital nurse in the field of post-combustion pathology (burns of any etiology), presented as both urgent and in the wake of the drought, at a level corresponding to contemporary needs, by: 1. obtaining the necessary public state hospital resources (compartments of burns, units of arse or centers of arse) existing in Brasov County; 2. supporting the development of scientific research activity in the field of plastic surgery, reconstruction and burns; 3. providing support for the permanent preparation of quality human resources both in the country and abroad.
