The associations, based on an understanding, share in common and without right of restitution, material contribution, knowledge or contribution in their work to carry out activities in the general interest in the field of health, education and psychology in Romania, the communities of patients with cancer, parents and children with special educational requirements, students and in their personal non-patrimonial interest. Promotion and support of the rights of patients, representing their interests in relation to state institutions and providers of medical services. Promotion and support of the activities of medical personnel, teachers, students, students and parents and psychologists. Promotion of active citizenship, social responsibility, exchange of civic experience and involvement in the community, as well as inclusive education, social inclusion, social resilience and community development.
