Article 2. The aims of the association are: to study cinema as art, language and cinematographic techniques, the history of cinema and its different authors. It also forms part of the social object of the entity the collaboration with other entities and institutions, the organization of cinema for children and all types of work that helps to know better and deepen throughout the whole of the film In order to achieve its aims, the association realizes the following activities: film projection, conference organization, rolling tables and exhibitions, as well as publishing full sessions, files and books.

Article 2. Els fins de l'associació són: estudiar el cinema com a art, el llenguatge i la tècnica cinematogràfics, la història del cinema i els seus diferents autors. Forma també part de l'objecte social de l'entitat la col•laboració amb altres entitats i institucions, l'organització de cinema per a infants i tot tipus de treball que ajudi a conèixer millor i a aprofundir en tot el referit al cinema Per aconseguir les seves finalitats, l'associació realitza les activitats següents: Projecció de pel•lícules, organització de conferències, taules rodones i exposicions, així com publicació de fulls de sessió, dossiers i llibres. En queda exclòs tot ànim de lucre.
