Article 2. The Association shall have as its object: a) To integrate all technical, veterinary or non-technical stakeholders in the field of Public Health, Hygiene, Food Technology and the Environment. b) To promote the improvement of the technical and scientific knowledge of its members, organizing conferences, meetings and all that may contribute to the achievement of such improvement. c) To promote the exchange of experience and information between its members. d) To disseminate and promote the hygiene of food and its technological processes as well as other aspects of Public Health. e) To promote and promote relations with other entities and associations of interested analysts.

L'Associació tindrà per objecte: a) Integrar a tots els tècnics, veterinaris o no, interessats en el camp de la Salut Publica, la Higiene, la Tecnologia dels Aliments i el Medi Ambient. b) Promoure la millora dels coneixements tècnics i científics dels seus membres, organitzant col·loquis conferències, reunions i tot allò que pugui contribuir a assolir dita millora. c) Promoure l'intercanvi d'experiències i d'informacions entre els membres. d) La divulgació i el foment de la Higiene dels Aliments i els seus processos tecnològics així com altres aspectes de la Salut Publica. e) La promoció i el foment de les relacions amb altres entitats i associacions d'anàlogues finalitats.
