Artículo 2.- El fin de la asociación es procurar que los niños de cualquier país del mundo, menores de edad, que se encuentran privados de libertad junto a sus padres por haber cometidos estos un delito, puedan disfrutar de una infancia y adolescencia digna y un desarrollo psicosocial adecuado, fuera de prisión, mientras que sus padres cumplen su condena. Para conseguir este fin, la asociación: 1. Crea y gestiona casas de acogida en la zona en la que se encuentre la prisión donde estén recluidos los padres, en las que proporcionar a estos niños un hogar, alimentación, asistencia sanitaria, educativa y psicológica mientras que sus padres cumplen la condena, incluyendo, excepcionalmente, a otros menores en circunstancias de desamparo. 2. Crea y gestiona viviendas tuteladas, en la misma zona, con el objetivo de ayudar a aquellos niños y niñas que habiendo pasado por las casas de acogida, lleguen a la edad máxima de acogimiento y quieran seguir el camino de mejora de su vida, acompañándoles en su proceso de autonomía y ayudándoles a auto gestionarse, encontrar un empleo y seguir con sus estudios, hasta que sean capaces de independizarse, tener su propia vivienda y un empleo que les permita vivir dignamente, incluyendo, excepcionalmente, a otros jóvenes en circunstancias de desamparo. Para conseguir la financiación necesaria para desarrollar su finalidad, la asociación: 1. Cuenta con la cuota de sus socios. 2. Recibe aportaciones económicas regulares y/o puntuales de otras entidades y personas físicas. 3. Realiza fiestas benéficas, espectáculos y venta de artículos de merchandising y productos originarios de Nepal. En todo caso, los fines de la entidad y las actividades que se propone llevar a cabo se harán de acuerdo con lo que establece la Ley 4/2008, de 24 de abril, del libro tercero del Código civil de Cataluña, relativo a las personas jurídicas.
