Per aconseguir les seves finalitats, l’associació duu a terme les activitats següents: 1. La realització d’estudis, informes i documents sobre política educativa, preferentment en l’àmbit de l’ensenyament secundari. 2. L’organització de congressos, jornades, trobades, conferències i actes públics sobre educació i ensenyament. 3. L’organització de tota mena d’activitats de formació per al professorat. 4. Informació i assessorament sobre temes educatius adreçats al professorat i als centres educatius. 5. Ajudar i fomentar l’estudi i investigació de temes educatius, preferentment en l’àmbit de l’ensenyament secundari. 6. Col·laborar amb altres institucions educatives estatals i internacionals, preferentment de l’ensenyament secundari, en la realització de les activitats assenyalades en els punts anteriors. Per assolir aquesta finalitat l’associació podrà establir convenis de col·laboració amb altres institucions. 8. Qualsevol altra relacionada amb les finalitats de l’associació. En queda exclòs tot ànim de lucre.
