Els fins de l’associació són: a) Crear un nucli associatiu i solidari que reuneixi, en una sola Penya esportiva i recreativa, als socis i simpatitzants del Reial Club Esportiu Espanyol de Barcelona que hi vulguin pertànyer. b) Promoure accions dirigides a la captació d’aficionats, amb la finalitat d’eixamplar la base social del Reial Club Esportiu Espanyol de Barcelona. c) Mantenir relacions de germanor, i estratègiques, amb la resta d’entitats que formen part de la Federació Catalana de Penyes del Reial Club Esportiu Espanyol de Barcelona. d) Mantenir la base fundacional independent, no partidista i comunitària ja present a la constitució original de la Penya el 13 d’octubre de 2001. Per aconseguir les seves finalitats, l’associació du a terme les activitats següents: a) Organitzar actes esportius, culturals, recreatius, artístics, familiars i altres activitats similars, amb particular atenció a les necessitats expressades pels socis. b) Obtenir els eventuals permisos administratius que siguin necessaris per desenvolupar les activitats anteriors. c) Mantenir un espai permanent per tal de garantir el seguiment dels partits del club, especialment als socis impossibilitats d’assistir a l’estadi per motius de salut o edat. En queda exclòs tot ànim de lucre.
