Our Beginnings: Culture of giving and civic involvement is part of both Turkish and American way of life. Philanthropy at its root means "love of mankind," and Bridge to Turkiye Fund's philanthropic bridge is a bridge of humanitarian kindness between these two cultures. BTF was founded by community minded Turkish Americans living in North Carolina with the desire to Give-Back to our homeland. It is an organized attempt to leverage individual diaspora resources who believe in the Power of One That is, many like-minded individual donors can make a collective difference at the grassroots level. Based in the Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Cary), BTF also has regional representation in many parts of the US and the Globe.
