The following activities are primarily the subject of the Institute's activities: (a) assistance to establish and operate new clubs with a focus on hobbyhorsing, both legal and marketing; (b) assistance to existing clubs with development, financial and material resources for operations and marketing activities for the benefit of such clubs; (c) registering clubs and riders within the Federation; (d) support for riders and clubs in participating in the races and events organised by the federations; (e) the establishment of the clubs' establishments within the Federation; (f) the harmonisation of rules and procedures for the establishment of establishments; (g) cooperation with national associations and federations of other States; h) preparation and security of representation of the Czech Republic in all hobbyhorsing disciplines, organisation and management of the championship competition; (ch) ensuring the organisation and management of the championship competition; (i) the implementation of activities to promote and promote hobbyhorsing as sport and interest activities for children; (j) and the pursuit of activities aimed at promoting and promoting the registered institute.

Předmětem činnosti ústavu jsou především tyto aktivity:; a) Pomoc se zakládáním a provozem nových klubů se zaměřením na hobbyhorsing a to jak právní, tak marketingová,; b) pomoc existujícím klubům s rozvojem, se zajišťováním finančních i hmotných prostředků na provoz a s marketingovými aktivitami vedenými ve prospěch těchto klubů,; c) evidence klubů a jezdců v rámci federace,; d) podpora jezdců a klubů při účasti na závodech a akcích pořádaných federací,; e) realizace závodů mezi kluby v rámci federace,; f) sjednocení pravidel a postupů při realizaci závodů,; g) spolupráce s národními svazy a federacemi dalších států,; h) příprava a zabezpečení reprezentace České republiky ve všech disciplínách hobbyhorsingu, zajištění organizace a řízení mistrovské soutěže,; ch) zajištění organizace a řízení mistrovské soutěže,; i) realizace aktivit na podporu a propagaci hobbyhorsingu jako sportu a zájmové aktivity pro děti,; j) a provozování činností směřujících k podpoře a propagaci zapsaného ústavu.
