(a) research and development in the field of research and innovation policy, technological development, research management, development, innovation and their infrastructure, in particular the implementation of expert expertise and studies of trends, trends and technological development needs, enabling relative users to access information needed for qualified prediction of future development and decision-making in the field of research and development and innovation activities, with the aim of promoting the competitiveness of the Czech Republic, according to the priorities and programmes of promoting cooperation between research centres with the application sphere, with the aim of stimulating the transfer of research and development knowledge and their commercialisation (b) organising training courses, training and other training events, including teaching activities in the field of research, innovation, technological development and infrastructure - for the training of managers and other personnel in the field of technological development and ensuring targeted information for research/graduate institutions and innovative bodies (c) advisory activities in the field of research, innovation and infrastructure policy, active innovation in enterprises, infrastructure development for research, development and promotion of innovative entrepreneurship, support for the creation and development of cooperation sectoral clusters, technological development, research management, development and innovation including the submission and implementation of such projects (d) information services, including research and innovation policy publications, technological development, research management, development, innovation and their infrastructure. In particular, exchange of information on research, development and results, possibilities for their use for innovation, including informing the public in order to significantly improve awareness of research, development and results activities by introducing a system of addressed and selective access for users to these results and ensuring the provision of quality and selective information e) support for international activities in connection with the involvement of Czech entities in the European Research Area and the European Union Framework Programmes, including international comparisons of selected sectors and effective business directions from the perspective of long-term competitiveness factors, the processing of outlooks and scenarios for the possible development of selected fields, including the establishment and implementation of technological platforms and other groups of cooperation support f) support for foreign investment in research, development, innovation and infrastructure in order to stimulate innovation potential and promote competitiveness of the Czech Republic (g) the operation of information centres, business incubators, scientific and technical parks and technology transfer centres, including the provision of related services

a) výzkum a vývoj v oblasti tvorby a realizace výzkumné a inovační politiky, technologického rozvoje, managementu výzkumu, vývoje, inovací a jejich infrastruktury, zejména realizace odborných expertíz a studií trendů, směrů a potřeb v oblasti technologického rozvoje, které umožní relativním užvatelům přístup k informacím potřebným pro kvalifikované předvídání budoucího rozvoje a pro rozhodování v oblasti výzkumně-vývojových a inovačních aktivit, s cílem podpory konkurenceschopnosti ČR, dle návrhy priorit a programů podpory spolupráce výzkumných pracovišť s aplikační sférou s cílem stimulace transferu výzkumně-vývojových poznatků a jejich komercializace b) pořádání odborných kurzů, školení a jiných vzdělávacích akcí včetně lektorské činnosti v oblasti výzkumné, inovační, technologicko-rozvojové a infrastrukturní - pro vzdělávání manažerů a dalších pracovníků v oblasti technologického rozvoje a zajištění cílených informací pro výzkumné/vysokoškolské instituce a inovující subjekty c) poradenská činnost v oblasti výzkumné, inovační a infrastrukturní politiky, aktivního zavádění inovací v podnicích, tvorby infrastruktury pro výzkum, vývoj a podporu inovačního podnikání, podpory vzniku a rozvoje kooperačních odvětvových seskupení, technologického rozvoje, managementu výzkumu, vývoje a inovací včetně předkládání a realizace takových projektů d) informační služby včetně publikací v oblasti výzkumné a inovační politiky, technologického rozvoje, managementu výzkumu, vývoje, inovací a jejich infrastruktury. Zejména vzájemnou výměnu informací o výzkumu, vývoji a jejich výsledcích, možnostech jejich využití pro inovace včetně informování veřejnosti s cílem výrazně zlepšit informovanost o aktivitách v oblasti výzkumu, vývoje a jeho výsledcích zavedením systému adresného a výběrového přístupu uživatelů k těmto výsledkům a zajištění poskytování kvalitních a selektivních informací e) podpora mezinárodních aktivit v souvislosti se zapojením českých subjektů do Evropského výzkumného prostoru a Rámcových programů Evropské unie včetně mezinárodního srovnávání vybraných sektorů a směrů efektivního podnikání z pohledu faktorů dlouhodobé konkurenceschopnosti, zpracování výhledů a scénářů možného rozvoje vybraných oborů včetně zakládání a realizace technologických platforem i dalších uskupení podpory spolupráce f) podpora zahraničních investic do výzkumu, vývoje, inovací a infrastruktury s cílem stimulace inovačního potenciálu a podpory konkurenceschopnosti ČR g) provozování informačních center, podnikatelských inkubátorů, vědeckotechnických parků a center transferu technologií včetně zajištění souvisejících služeb
