Charity Value and Income Fund is an unincorporated association, a group of people who agree to come together for a common charitable purpose. This is the simplest legal structure: it has no separate legal identity, so contracts and property must be held by individual trustees on behalf of the charity.

You can verify Charity Value and Income Fund in several ways. First, search the Charity Commission Register at https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/ - every charity registered in England and Wales appears here with its registration number, trustees, governing document, and filed accounts. Second, check whether the charity's annual return and accounts are up to date - the Commission flags charities with overdue filings. Third, look for the Fundraising Regulator badge on the charity's website, which signals voluntary compliance with the Code of Fundraising Practice.

Contact Charity Value and Income Fund directly for current donation methods. UK charities typically accept online card payments, direct debit, and bank transfer. Many also use platforms such as JustGiving or Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). If you are a UK taxpayer, make sure to tick the Gift Aid box: it lets the charity reclaim 25p from HMRC for every pound you give at no extra cost to you. Higher-rate taxpayers can claim back the difference between basic-rate and their marginal rate through Self Assessment. Payroll Giving (Give As You Earn) lets you donate pre-tax through your employer.

Donations to Charity Value and Income Fund are eligible for Gift Aid if you are a UK income-tax or capital-gains-tax payer. Gift Aid adds 25% to your donation at no cost to you (the charity reclaims basic-rate tax from HMRC). Higher-rate and additional-rate taxpayers can also claim back the difference through Self Assessment or by adjusting their PAYE tax code. Gifts of shares, property, or land to charity are free of Capital Gains Tax and can be deducted from your income for Income Tax purposes. Legacy gifts (in your will) reduce the value of your estate for Inheritance Tax and can lower the IHT rate from 40% to 36% if you leave at least 10% to charity.

Charity Value and Income Fund is based in London. The Charity Commission for England and Wales (CCEW) is the primary regulator. Scotland has its own regulator (OSCR), and Northern Ireland has the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (CCNI). A charity registered with the CCEW may operate across the whole of the UK or internationally.

Charity Value and Income Fund was first registered in 2007, making it approximately 19 years old. UK charities must file an annual return with the Charity Commission to remain on the register. No Fight No Hope In This Company

This review is purely linked to their behaviour and handling of the scandal and collapse of "London Capital and Finance" in January 2019 and S&W were appointed the legal team to acquire what's left of the stolen £237 million pounds that LCF had gained from regular investors over nearly 5 years of trading and promoting what is now known as junk bonds to the public. S&W involvement has seen the goal posts move back and forth, the timeline to complete the insolvency increase and the remaining investors money located after what's already been stolen and hidden away by the crooks of LCF diminish smaller and smaller by each passing year. S&W administrators are deliberately slow in their jobs, difficult in coming forward under pressure from investors, will not answer your emails or letters but they will charge and bill you for writing or phoning their office and add those fees to the investors money pot. I can say that the lead administrator in charge - Finbarr is pretty useless in summing up what's obvious to everyone else that these LCF directors have conducted a Ponzi scheme and pocketed the money yet they are running rings around this guy and his legal team. We didn't chose S&W but if you are unlucky to have them conduct your affairs - beware and watch out.

Complete chancers.

Dreadful company. Lack of communicant. As liquidators they act to protect the company in liquidation and not the creditors. They are Teflon coated and never reply. The hold back payment to creditors and there fees are a complete joke. They should be thoroughly investigated by the appropriate ombudsman. There handling of the Park First administration is nothing less than a complete farce. Missing millions not traced and just forgotten. All to help Toby Whittaker who appointed them. What a complete set up.

We have had a troubling issue with our former solicitor’s firm because somehow, they went out of businessHowever, Finbarr O'Connell from Smith & Williamsonwas able to follow the track of our paperwork and Jack McGinley have managed to extract the files relating to your engagement with the undertaking concernedThus, we want to mention the help received from Smith & Williamson and Senior Insolvency Administrator Jack McGinley, the support was offered with kindness and understanding of the whole situation, the help was superb, thank you so much, we do not know how we would have resolved this tricky issue without their amazing and fast assistance, truly gratefulJoana
