Only use HelloAsso if you want to alienate your customers.

We have previously used The Little Box Office for ticket sales. The only reason we swapped was it was all in English, and we wanted to sell more to French speaking customers. This was a big mistake. HelloAsso say they are free - but they have hidden methods of getting money. In short, they are dishonest in their approach and resort to what amounts to emotional blackmail to get our customers to donate to HelloAsso. In the end we have had to add warnings about these methods to our web site, where we have linked to HelloAsso for ticket sales. We're stuck with them now for this event, but will NEVER use HelloAsso again.Appalingly bad!
