In 2022, as we lost the entirety of our paid staff (not volunteers), and so we also closed all current fiscal sponsorships as of 2/28/23. We did not have the capacity to continue to offer that functions, and so we are paused in that capacity for now. As we eventually rehire staff, perhaps in 2024, we will look again at offering fiscal sponsorship to start-up groups. Healthy Streets: Custom services expanded on this program to install 50+ painted plazas for businesses and community agencies, projects specific to Black cultural art, 6 events led by Youth activists, and various one-time speaking engagements to educate community groups, schools, and other agencies. To help this work, volunteers gave 3500 hours of service. VBC (Village Building Convergence): This was the 22nd anniversary year of our ecological design festival. We provided 10 days & nights of programming that featured local, regional, & international leaders who provided presentations & performances on a broad range o topics, including local food security and systems led by diverse communities, peace-making in urban communities, garden design, ecological construct
