Management doesn't care about staff wellbeing. They want people with life experience working for them like myself but didn't care at all about my mental health. Don't listen to the bull about they care about staff and wellbeing fund is there to support you.Didnt give my colleague anything when he lost his partner suddenly because he was in 6 months probation.Hes now loosing his house and everything. They don't care. Don't bother. They care about target and numbers and get that funding from welsh government. The people and staff they DONT CARE.If your in recovery or have life skills again dint bother they will take u to a dark place and leave you with nothing.
